Kids and Guardians

Kids and Guardians is a 30-minute "play time" class that invites the parent/guardian and child, as young as 4 yrs old, to begin to feel safe and comfortable as well as build confidence on the mats. This class is designed to set anyone up for success by introducing basic movement in a fun, engaging setting. K&G teaches fundamentals that help develop motor skills, eye-hand coordination and encourages positive interaction through play. It is a great way for caregivers to bond with their kid(s)!
