* No start-up or sign-up fees - your membership rate you chose is the rate you will pay at the start of your plan of choice.

* No contracts - We keep it simple, memberships are month to month. All we ask for is 30 days before your next billing cycle to cancel your membership.

* No belt fees, testing fees & promotion fees - We do not charge for any of these as we believe this is something each individual deserves and earned.
