EXCELSIOR Martial Arts Academy

What a school! I’ve had the privilege of training here a number of times and have had many interactions with both coaches here, Martin and Jyn. 

I actually run my own academy in Fremont, but I’ve taken time away to come to their classes and get some extra training in, and every time it’s all positivity and smiles. Both of the coaches here are passionate about Jiu-Jitsu as an art form and a tool for personal development. I really connect with them and appreciate what they do.

I’ve trained with their students many times as well, and they’re doing something well over here!

If you’re looking for more than just someone to show technique, if you’re looking for good people, good vibes, and coaches who really care about making sure you’re enjoying yourself, definitely come by. I've finally found a fantastic place to learn Jiu-Jitsu! The facility is super nice and clean, and a good size means the whole class is visible to the instructor, who can come and give pointers, help fix errors, and explain different moves. The instructors themselves are absolutely fantastic; it is obvious that they are incredibly passionate and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. I couldn’t be happier to have found this gem of a place ❤️
